AIFA Policy
1. There are 20 classes in a semester, and it is expected that all classes are completed within the designated semester when paying per semester or per class.
2. Leave of absence: If you are unable to attend a class, it will be considered a missed class. Unfortunately, we are unable to carry over missed classes to the next semester, as each semester starts anew. Similar to a school setting, it is not possible to request teachers to provide additional classes after regular school hours for missed classes.
3. Make-up classes: We offer the opportunity to replace missed classes by attending another available time slot or attending twice a week after a leave of absence. This allows students to catch up on missed training sessions.
4. Refund policy: Within the first three classes, you may request a refund if you are dissatisfied with the class or if unforeseen circumstances arise. However, after attending three classes, refunds will not be possible, as we believe this provides sufficient time to evaluate the class and make a decision.
5. Class duration: Our classes are 1.5 hours long, providing ample time for comprehensive training and skill development.
6. Insurance: It is mandatory for all participants to have insurance coverage. If you do not have insurance, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you in arranging it.
7. Outfit: Please order your required outfit through AIFA. We provide socks, shin guards, and a football.
