AIFA Methodology
At AIFA, we follow a unique methodology that sets us apart from local clubs. Our approach is focused on creating smart players who can adapt to different situations, make independent decisions, and find solutions on their own. We kindly request parents to support us in this endeavor, as it requires time and patience to develop these skills.
In traditional settings, children are accustomed to following instructions from parents and teachers. However, when faced with a situation where no one tells them what to do, they often freeze or wait for someone to guide them. At AIFA, we provide the space for players to explore and learn by asking them thought-provoking questions. This empowers them to think critically and come up with their own solutions.
By adopting this approach, we not only develop players who possess technical skills but also nurture different characters on the field. Some players may emerge as natural leaders, while others excel as team players or exhibit unique characteristics. This methodology allows us to tap into their creativity, as each player brings their own perspective and problem-solving abilities to the game.
We believe that this approach fosters well-rounded players who are not only skilled but also capable of adapting to various game situations. By supporting us in this methodology, parents play a crucial role in their child's development and growth as a smart player.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in embracing our methodology at AIFA.
